BEHYOND project plans to develop an innovative modular solution for hydrogen production from offshore wind energy, for multiple end-uses. The solution will be able to be deployed worldwide becoming, by producing and transferring hydrogen in large-scale, a large contributor in the decarbonization process of the energy system managing the wind energy intermittency. The project will support the development of the renewable energy sector by developing a new offshore wind-to-hydrogen platform

BEHYOND is funded by EEA Grants, with financial contribution from MFEEE 2014-2021 within the scope of the Business Development, Innovation and SMEs Program Area of ​​the Blue Growth Program, in which DGPM (Directorate-General for Maritime Policy) is Program Operator.
